The Encoder

The Encoder is an online newsletter started by the SRS back in the 1980’s. It started as paper and progressed to electronic format in the 1990’s. Unfortunately, it has not been updated for quite a while, but the content is still useful. It looks like it always has, since reformatting it is way too much work. If new Encoder material is generated, a new, fresh format will probably also be created.
